What We Do
AuthMind is an identity observability and protection company built for agentic AI. Our patented Identity Activity Access Graph maps what identities actually do across the network against what identity systems intend, detecting and remediating unknown AI agents, NHIs and humans, and continuously governing their activity against policy in real time.
AuthMind discovers every AI agent operating in your environment, sanctioned or shadow, maps it back to a human owner and flags the moment it steps outside approved boundaries. That same observability extends to non-human identities, like service accounts, secrets and workloads, and to human users, so agentic AI never becomes the blind spot other tools miss.

Shlomi Yanai
Having served as CEO at publicly-traded and privately-owned cybersecurity companies, Shlomi is a long-time industry expert with a distinct specialization in identity-related safeguards. He previously served as CEO, President and Board Member of Datablink (now Watchguard) as well as Cyren, a NASDAQ-traded company. He also held top management roles at Aladdin (now Thales), BMC Software and Whale Communications. Shlomi also served 11 years in the Israeli Navy as a section head for information security. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and computer science as well as an MBA from Ben Gurion University.

Ankur Panchbudhe
Bringing a deeply technical skillset, Ankur offers an extensive background as a Chief Technology Officer and top architect at many of the IT industry’s leading companies. He most recently served as Head of Architecture and Innovation at Quick Heal. Previous positions included CTO at Vaultize, as well as architect and engineering roles at McAfee, Symantec and Veritas. Ankur holds an advanced degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay as well as a degree from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.

Hardik Belani
Hardik Belani brings over two decades of engineering leadership experience in building and scaling products and high-performing teams across VC-funded startups and large enterprises. He has a strong background in product development across a diverse set of platforms and technologies.
Prior to joining AuthMind, he held senior engineering leadership roles at PhonePe and Arista Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Maharaja Sayajirao University, India.
